No snow

Hi, sorry I haven't written. I am in Pennsylvania. But there is no snow. It is cold, though. I am sleeping with Evie in her room at night. She wakes up crying at 6 in the morning, but it feels like midnight to me. She has this little four-wheeler, but I am too big for it. My Tia (that's my Aunt Melody) babysits a boy named Kaiden, and he fusses a lot. Tia has chickens, and I got to go get the egg this morning and maybe there will be more later. We made some snowmen pretzels, but Evie's failed. She ate all the icing. Good-bye, fans!

What I'm doing Labor Day weekend

Well, first day, it was First Friday. First Friday is a festival we do downtown Manteo on the First Friday of every month. We get our faces painted, I got a lizard eating his lunch painted on my arm. After that, we came home.
But what I did YESTERDAY afternoon was super-exciting. I'm not going to tell you what it is, but here are some pictures!

P.S. In case you couldn't tell, I jumped off the Festival Park bridge! It was the first time I ever did and I wasn't even scared. (Well, I was a little bit.)

More about Creation

I'm out of school now. And it's seven more days until Creation! And I'm saving up some money to use as Creation money. I have no clue what I'm going to buy with it, though. I'm going to try and earn some more money before Creation. Know how I'm going to do that? I'm going to do a lemonade stand! That's how I'll earn more money. So far I have nine dollars and eighteen cents. So if anyone wants to hire me for a job, I'll come and clean your house or something. But only if you live close.
I'm going to make a Creation Diary. I'm going to write stuff all about Creation and what I did there.
That's all for today!
Bye!

My test

Well, homeschoolers don't have to take a lot of tests like regular schoolers. I have to take a math test and a spelling test every week, but that's it. Every year, I have to take a test called the CAT test (Mom says that's for California Achievement Test and all homeschoolers have to take them). I like to call them the EOGs because it's easier to remember. That's what they take in public school and it means End Of Grade test.
I got my scores in the mail today. I got an A! There were 120 questions about language arts and math. I got 111 right.
That's all for today. Bye!

All about Creation

No, not Creation of the world. It is about a festival that goes on in June. It's a festival about God.
We go to music places, sometimes we go out to Pizza Star for dinner. And for dessert, we go to MiniFreeze.
We camp for eleven days. And it's sooooo fun! My aunt and uncle go, too. (My aunt is about to have a baby!) We go with my Nanny, my mom and dad and sister and brother and Miss Shelley. We meet other people there, like for example, we meet Joshua (Miss Shelley's friend), Uncle John Rollhauser, Mr. Mike, Miss Heidi, Mr. Richard. Some of the people that we see that play music are: BarlowGirl, Newsboys, TobyMac and we go to the children's tent. We watch kids' music like for example, Phredd, Bigsby, Pure Energy, Steven Courtney, Jesse Rothacker, Lisa Landis and the VeggieTales.
That's all for today, folks!
P.S. Here are some pictures of Creation.

In Virginia

Hello blogspot friends. I am in Virginia. I am sorry I haven't written for a while. My brother and sister and I are at my Grammy and Popah's house for Easter. I'm on my spring break from school and my Mom is in Haiti and my Dad is home working. Yesterday we went to the movies and today it's raining so we're doing stuff inside. We sewed two patches on my Dad's old hobo pajamas that now are mine and I sewed the buttonholes shut by hand with Grammy's help. (because we sewed the front shut and the buttonholes were stretched out). On Sunday we had an Easter egg hunt in the backyard. We each found ten plastic eggs filled with jelly beans. I love jelly beans! that's all for today, folks. Bye!

Here's what I did this weekend.

Well, on Friday night, we went to First Friday. First Friday is a festival in downtown Manteo. We usually do the climbing wall, but it was not there this time. We had dinner and listened to the music and had ice cream and we went to the playground. We were with my Dad and my Nanny and Grandad.
On Saturday day, I went to a birthday party. I got up early and bugged my mom ALL morning about when it was going to be time to go. We bought a birthday present and it was two Webkinz. The party was at the aquarium. That night, I spent the night with the birthday girl; her name is Emily. We had a fantastic time. Oh, before we left Emily's house, I got a turtle that will hatch but it's pretend. It's really cool and I'm waiting for it to hatch. Well, I'll post about it when it hatches.
Yesterday it was Sunday. First, we went to church. I did a program with my team; it's called Wee Worship. We did the song "Hosanna in the Highest" with palm branches for Palm Sunday. Then, my Nana and Grandad took us to Jockey's Ridge and then we went to my Nan's house to take a nap because everyone was tired. Except me, and I didn't have one. Then, we went to my Dad's birthday party at my house. My friend Chloe was there, my friend Keagan, and a bunch of the other friends. And of course, my Dad was there. We ate cake, ice cream (I only had ice cream because I don't like pecans and coconut); we had steak and I loved it. And we had a fun time!
That's all I want to post today, my friends out there. I might not post for a little while because I'll be in Virgnia for a week. My mom has to go to Haiti and my Dad has to work and nobody will babysit us. I'm staying with my Grammy and Popah. They're my Dad's parents. We're going to have Easter there with them.
The End. Bye!

Here's what I did today.

Well, mostly, we played outside. The temperature is sixty-eight degrees! We played all morning outside, and did a fifty-minute school. We learned cursive, history, that's all we learned today. We did math and I wrote a a story. And after school, I went outside again and laid down and drew a picture. It was a picture of my pumpkin that I'm going to do for Halloween next year. I'll take a picture of it and post it here.
Tonight, me and my brother and sister are going to Wee Worship. Wee Worship is how to use flags for dancing for Jesus at my church. My teacher is Miss Christina.

This is the pumpkin I will carve.

This is me today. It is hot so I am wearing a tank top!

I had to start again.

(Mom here. Because I am a dork. And I accidentally erased Katie's blog whilst trying to transfer it over to her own username. Sorry.)

This is going to be my blog about school, my life and pictures.

Today in school, we had fun. Want to hear a joke?

What has 4 eyes and can run over 2000 miles?
The Mississippi River!

The Mississippi River starts in Minnesota, and it is only a small stream there. It takes a drop of water 90 days to get to the Gulf of Mexico. The Mississippi River is two miles wide there! Isn't that weird?

Yesterday at the library I checked out a book called "DO NOT OPEN" and it is a book all about cool secrets, such as how magicians do some tricks. And about other history stuff. Also, it has these pictures in there called Magic Eyes that have hidden pictures in them. I could not see the hidden pictures of aliens and werewolves, but my mom and dad can.

That's all I want to write today.
